Chatham-Kent Public Library (CKPL) offers several services to its members. Almost all of the services offered to members are free of charge. Membership is free to Chatham-Kent residents.
How to Become a Member?
According to Tania Sharpe the Public Services Coordinator of Chatham-Kent Public Library, to become a member, visit any CKPL branch location and provide one piece of identification showing your name and current address. Photo ID is preferred.
Children could also become members of CKPL. However, children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult/legal guardian.
As mentioned earlier the library card is free and is available to all residents of Chatham-Kent.
